The RMWEA established the Bill Martin Memorial Scholarship, a $1000 scholarship for students from Colorado, Wyoming or New Mexico pursuing studies in the water environment profession (e.g. biology, environmental science, wastewater treatment, water pollution control, or environmental protection).
